2. Services Provided
Four59 offers the following services:

Travel Brokerage Services: Booking of travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and tours, as well as providing related travel advice.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate information when engaging with our consultancy or booking travel services.
4. Consultancy Agreement
Scope of Work: Upon signing a contract, we will provide sales and marketing consultancy services as agreed, including, but not limited to, strategy development, market analysis, lead generation, and campaign management.
Payment Terms: Payments for consultancy services will be outlined in the individual contract. Fees may be charged based on an hourly rate, project basis, or as a retainer.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information shared during the consultancy relationship.
5. Travel Services
Booking and Payment: All travel services are subject to availability and are booked through third-party providers. Payment for travel services must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Travel Packages: If you book a travel package through us, we will act as an intermediary between you and the third-party suppliers (e.g. airlines, hotels). All terms, conditions, and policies of the third-party providers will apply to your booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or modifications to travel bookings are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective travel providers. We will assist with cancellations, but any applicable fees or charges will be passed on to you.
Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events. Travel insurance is not included in the travel services we offer unless specifically stated.
6. Payment Terms
Consultancy Fees: Fees for sales and marketing consultancy will be billed according to the contract terms (e.g. hourly, retainer, or project-based).
Travel Service Payments: Payment for travel services will be made directly to the service provider or through us, as specified during the booking process.
Late Payments: Payments not made by the agreed date will be subject to statutory interest fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
Consultancy Services: While we strive to provide high-quality services, Four59 does not guarantee specific outcomes from our consultancy. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of our advice or services.
Travel Services: We act only as an intermediary for travel bookings. We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of third-party services, such as delays, cancellations, or changes in the travel itinerary by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, wars, or government regulations.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Four59. You may not use any content from our website without prior written consent.
10. Termination
By You: You may terminate our services at any time with written notice, subject to any cancellation terms outlined in the specific contract.
By Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services immediately if you breach any part of this Agreement.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Berlin, Germany.
12. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
13. Modifications
